Shooting King 2025

The SG Tell Wolfegg shooting club celebrated a very special moment again this year: the coronation of the new shooting king for 2025. This ceremony took place during the general meeting.

The meeting began with the usual reports and votes. The highlight of the event was the announcement of the name of the 2025 Shooting King. Philipp Schmidt, the winner, stepped forward to applause and cheers and was crowned by the club's air pressure sports director, René Stolze. He received the traditional Shooting King's chain, a symbol of his new role and responsibility.

Of course, Philipp (pictured above left) also received his knights. Thea Dietenberger (pictured above right) was knighted First Knight, and Manfred Niedermeier was knighted Second Knight.

Another important element of the coronation is the initiation ritual, in which the new Schützenkönig is officially introduced into his role. This ritual is deeply rooted in the club's traditions.
